REVIEW ENGINE · GOOGLE REVIEWS FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES

You do the work.
Google just
doesn't show it.

Most local businesses have a fraction of the reviews they've earned. Not because customers were unhappy, but because nobody asked. I install one system that asks every customer, every time.

02 / YOUR NUMBERS

How far behind
are you, really?

Plug in your listing and your top competitor's. It's just math, nothing stored, no email required.

Fill in the first three boxes to see your gap.

03 / HOW IT WORKS

Three texts.
That's the whole system.

They go out on their own after every job you finish. Then I reply to every review that comes in.

01 / THE CHECK-INStart with the customer.

"Does everything look good?" No link, no ask. If something's wrong, you hear it first, privately. Everyone gets step 02 and the review link no matter how they answer.

02 / THE REQUESTMake the next step easy.

A personal thank-you with a direct link to your Google listing, about a day after the job. The invitation is never conditional on positive feedback.

03 / THE REMINDEROne friendly nudge.

A single reminder a few days later, only if they haven't left a review yet. Nobody who already reviewed hears from the system again.

04 / THE RESPONSEKeep the conversation going.

I write a reply to every review, including the difficult ones. If it's negative, you see my draft first and we agree on it before it goes out.

EXAMPLE / CUSTOMER CHECK-IN

Thanks for choosing my business today. How did everything go?

A personal check-in after the work is done. A chance to listen and keep the conversation open.

Illustrative wording. The review invitation is available to every customer, regardless of their feedback.

04 / WHAT IT COSTS

One service.
One price.

$297 / month

Three-month minimum, then month-to-month. Setup included; I build it, you don't.

What's included

  • Automatic review requests after every job
  • A slow, one-time campaign to your past customers
  • A personal reply to every review, flagged to you first if it's negative
  • Full setup. I build it, you don't.
  • A short monthly summary

Why three months? Past-customer requests go out slowly over 6–8 weeks. A sudden burst of reviews looks fake to Google and to the people reading them.

No review gating

Happy or not, every customer gets the same message and the same link. Filtering who gets asked breaks Google's rules and the FTC's.

Real customers only

No bought reviews, no incentives, no staff quotas. Staying clean is part of what you're paying for.

No ranking promises

Reviews are one of many things Google weighs. Anyone guaranteeing a spot in the map pack is guessing.

05 / HONEST FIT

This isn't
for everyone.

Built for roofers, HVAC, plumbers, electricians, remodelers, landscapers, auto repair, med spas, dentists and chiropractors who are proud of their work and under-reviewed.

A good fit if

  • You've been in business 3+ years
  • Your average job is $1,500 or more
  • You keep customer records somewhere
  • You'd rather have the reviews you've earned than buy ads to make up for missing ones

Probably not if

  • You're brand new with no customer history
  • You want negative reviews hidden or removed
  • You want a full marketing package right now

06 / QUESTIONS, ANSWERED PLAINLY

What owners
ask me first.

If yours isn't here, ask it on the call. If it's not a fit, I'll say so.

Is this review gating?

No. Review gating means only asking happy customers. Every customer gets the same check-in, the same request and the same Google link, no matter how they answer. Filtering who gets asked breaks Google's rules and the FTC's, and I won't do it.

Who gets the review invitation?

Every customer whose job you mark finished. The check-in comes first so you hear about a problem privately, but the review link goes out to everyone afterward, happy or not.

What do you send, and when?

Three texts. A check-in the day the job is done, a thank-you with a direct link to your Google listing about a day later, and one reminder a few days after that, only if they haven't left a review yet.

Do I have to text customers myself?

No. I build the system and the messages go out on their own after each finished job. You give the system a simple signal that a job is done; we set that up together.

What does Review Engine cost?

$297 a month with a three-month minimum, then month-to-month. That includes setup, the automatic requests, a slow one-time campaign to your past customers, a personal reply to every review and a short monthly summary.

Why a three-month minimum?

Past-customer requests go out slowly over six to eight weeks. A sudden burst of reviews looks fake to Google and to the people reading them, so the first three months is how long it takes to do it right.

Which businesses is this for?

Established local service businesses: roofers, HVAC, plumbers, electricians, remodelers, landscapers, auto repair, med spas, dentists and chiropractors. A good fit is three or more years in business with an average job of $1,500 or more.

Do you guarantee rankings or a number of reviews?

No. Reviews are one of many things Google weighs, and anyone guaranteeing a spot in the map pack is guessing. What I guarantee is that every customer gets asked, every time, and every review gets a real reply.

What if we get a bad review?

You hear about it first. I draft a calm, specific reply and we agree on it before it goes out. A thoughtful response often tells future customers more than the review itself does.

Couldn't I just do this myself?

You could. The system is simple. The hard part is doing it after every single job, forever, without it slipping when things get busy. That consistency is what you're paying for.

What do you need from me?

Manager access to your Google Business Profile (never your password), your past customer list, and a simple way to tell the system when a job is finished. We set that up together on the first call.

READY WHEN YOU ARE.

Ready to be as visible
as you are good?

Fifteen minutes. We'll pull up your listing next to your closest competitor's and look at the gap together.
